Pyango
I founded Pyango as a subscription-based software agency. We work with businesses as their outsourced tech team, handling everything from design to deployment so they can focus on their actual business.
What We Do
Pyango is a full-service tech partner. When a business subscribes, they get access to a team that covers UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, DevOps, and ongoing maintenance. We don't bill hourly because hourly billing punishes iteration, and iteration is literally the point of lean development.
Instead, we run on a subscription model with three tiers. You pick a plan, we start working. Need to pause for a month? Go ahead. No long-term contracts, no lock-in. The whole point is to make it feel like you have an in-house tech team without the overhead of actually hiring one.
We also do strategic work. A good tech partner doesn't just build what you ask for. They challenge your assumptions, help you validate the actual customer problem, and push back when you're about to waste three months on a feature nobody wants.
How It Works
Subscribe
Pick a plan that fits your pace. Essentials for bootstrapping, Priority for 2x speed, VIP for maximum output. All plans are monthly and pausable.
Design
We start in Figma. UX research, wireframes, UI design. Everything gets validated before a single line of code is written. Design is where you catch the expensive mistakes early.
Build
Django on the backend, Vue.js on the frontend. Docker for everything. Self-hosted GitLab for CI/CD. We deploy to Hetzner Cloud and manage the infrastructure ourselves.
Maintain
We don't disappear after launch. Monitoring, bug fixes, feature updates, security patches. We keep your product running while you focus on growing the business.
The Team
Pyango is 8 people spread across Switzerland, Germany, Iran, and Tunisia. I handle the technical leadership and strategy. Katy (my wife, actually) runs product management and client communication. Roya leads design. Mohsen runs our frontend. Melek is our fullstack powerhouse with an AI-first workflow. Slim and Somayeh round out the engineering team.
The distributed setup works because we've invested heavily in async workflows, documentation, and tooling. Self-hosted GitLab, monorepo architecture, Obsidian for knowledge management, and AI tools everywhere. Everyone can work independently without waiting on someone in a different timezone.
What We've Built
Kanbii was our biggest engagement. A job matching platform with both mobile and web apps. We took it from concept through design, development, TestFlight beta, and a full production launch. Classic CTOaaS case study.
Creaitor AI is an AI content creation platform we worked on through regular weekly development cycles.
Internally, we've built Helios (our cloud infrastructure and outreach platform), JamesAI (real estate insights), WasteCal (waste schedule aggregator covering 50% of German municipalities), and Janus (an AI chatbot that estimates project milestones).
